Do i need to give the officer something to let they know i'am one of the passanger ?
Yes, Give them the receipt that you get from us which delivered to your inbox after ticket purchase on our website. That Receipt is legitimate payment. They will change that receipt to valid tickets.
Any Hidden Cost ?
From boat ticket purchasing, there is no hidden cost. However we need to inform you that local goverment (lembongan and penida) will charge you Rp 35.000 / person for local retribution tax during arrival. This is outside of our company and partner authority.
